Total Solution Logistics Company Limited (TSL) is proud to announce the successful completion of consulting, process improvement, and upgrade of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS) for Seedcom Food (formerly Seedcom Logistics). This project aims to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and meet the growing logistics demands of Seedcom’s new retail ecosystem, which includes well-known brands such as The Coffee House, Juno, Hnoss, Kingfoodmart, and New Retail CPG.
As the strategic logistics partner for Seedcom, Seedcom Food plays a pivotal role in connecting and distributing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and household products across the nationwide Kingfoodmart supermarket chain—dubbed a rising star in the retail sector. With over 70 supermarkets in operation and plans to surpass 100 by the end of 2024, Seedcom Food is key in building a resilient supply chain, ensuring rapid market responsiveness and product availability for consumers.
After 10 months of going live and successfully stabilizing the Blue Yonder (BY WMS) warehouse management system, TSL’s expert team, as the consulting and implementation partner, continuously worked to comprehensively analyze, evaluate, and optimize the system. With extensive experience in logistics operations for the retail industry, TSL collaborated with Seedcom Food to effectively resolve outstanding issues and improve warehouse performance to prepare for peak demand periods and contribute to enhancing Seedcom Food's competitiveness in an increasingly demanding retail market.

Modifying system source code to adjust order picking principles, reducing outbound operation time by up to 10% compared to previous processes while maintaining system accuracy.
Fixing errors in the Web UI and Mobile App that hindered user productivity and required time-consuming solutions.
Continuous improvement of the system's processing capacity and responsiveness to keep up with the rapid growth of clients.
The successful resolution of these system challenges has significantly contributed to enhancing the stability and efficiency of warehouse operations.
Blue Yonder WMS System Upgrade Process
Phase 1: Preparation and Testing in the UAT Environment
Accurately replicate the Production environment onto the UAT environment to ensure consistency.
Perform version upgrades on UAT and conduct comprehensive testing with various scenarios to identify and address potential issues.
Phase 2: Upgrade Confirmation and Deployment
Thoroughly check features and integrations after upgrading on UAT.
Once system stability is ensured, proceed with upgrading the version on the Production environment.
Phase 3: Monitoring and Support
Continuously monitor system operations.
Provide quick support to ensure efficient system performance.
The successful upgrade of the Blue Yonder WMS from version 2020.1.2.27 to the advanced 2023.1.0.17 version is not only a significant technological step forward but also opens up numerous opportunities for the business to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.

From the project’s inception, TSL has worked closely with Seedcom to develop a detailed roadmap, ensuring a seamless transition without operational disruptions. This included requirement analysis, system design, testing, and fine-tuning. A critical success factor was the meticulous planning and coordination between all stakeholders. TSL’s experts worked directly with Seedcom’s operations team at their Binh Duong distribution center to understand operational challenges and deliver customized solutions. This hands-on approach ensured that Seedcom's employees could quickly adapt to and master the upgraded system.
